We have recently reviewed our repeat prescription administration process and have decided to move towards 'patient-led ordering'. This change means that from Monday, 3rd February 2025, we will no longer accept prescription orders from any pharmacies on behalf of patients. This is being done to reduce waste.

The NHS app is the best way for you to order your prescription. Therefore we are asking all patients to download and sign up to the NHS app. This will allow you to order your prescriptions at any time and track the status of your requests.

We have a new way in which you can contact us online for any routine enquries.  We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours.  This system is called Patchs and you can use it to:

• Request sick notes
• Request letters
• Submit a query about prescriptions
• Ask for advice about non urgent medical conditions
