Online Services

You can access many services without having to visit the surgery.  At Yorkshire Street Surgery we offer the following online services:

• Book and cancel appointments using the NHS app
• Order repeat prescriptions using the NHS app
• Contact us about a non-urgent query using Patchs
• Join the practice by completing our online form 
• Update your contact details online using Patchs
• View your records using the NHS App (from 4/10/23)

Proxy access allows you to set up your own account to access information and services on behalf of someone you care for.  This could be for a child or an adult.  You will be granted a certain level of access depending on needs and what has been agreed.  To request proxy access please complete this form and bring in to the surgery.  We will review your request and let you know when access has been granted.
