We would like to invite you to use The NHS App.  This allows you to access a range of NHS services.  Here is a video which explains how the NHS app works.  At this surgery you can use the NHS app to:

• order repeat medication
• nominate a pharmacy
• make an appointment
• view medical records
• find your NHS number

"Over the next few months, we will be working with local pharmacies to promote the use of the NHS app for ordering prescriptions. This is to reduce pharmacy workload and minimise NHS waste by encouraging patients to order only the medication they need using the NHS app. We will be holding an NHS App drop in session in practice waiting room on Fridays between 13:00 and 14:00 during July to assist patients in signing up and learning how to use the NHS App. We welcome all patients who wish to use these drop-in sessions. Please try to download the latest version of the NHS App before attending the practice drop in sessions".

We have a new way in which you can contact us online for any routine enquries.  We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours.  This system is called Patchs and you can use it to:

• Request sick notes
• Request letters
• Submit a query about prescriptions
• Ask for advice about non urgent medical conditions
