Sign up to the NHS app to order your prescriptions

At Yorkshire Street Surgery, we are moving to patient led prescription ordering. This means, for most patients the pharmacy will no longer be able to order on your behalf. You will be in control of ordering what medication you need and when you need it. This is being done to reduce waste.

The NHS app is the best way for you to order your prescription. Therefore we are asking all patients to download and sign up to the NHS app. This will allow you to order your prescriptions at any time and track the status of your requests.

To help you we are holding drop in sessions as detailed below. We will show you how to download the app and how to order prescriptions.
