New Check in Process

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are now operating a one-way system.

Please note the new check in process if you are attending the GP Surgery for face-face appointment

1.Please press the Buzzer on the right side of the Main Entrance Door to inform the Receptionist you have arrived, and they will then check you in and open the 2nd front door for you to enter the correct waiting rooms. Please watch the TV screen which will announce your name and the consulting room when the doctor/nurse is ready to meet you.

2.If you have any difficulties in accessing the Buzzer then please telephone the Surgery and Inform receptionist you have arrived, and they will check you in and direct you to appropriate Waiting room.

On exit please leave through the rear emergency exit door (opposite the chemist).

Please do not enter the Surgery Premises without checking in as the Health Care Professionals and or Admin Staff would not know you have arrived for your face-face appointment.

.Staff Training Practice

From July the practice will close every 2nd Thursday of the month for staff training/education, this is a local scheme operated within the HMR CCG, and on the designated days the surgery will close it doors at 1.00pm re-opening the next day at 08.00am.

Should you need an emergency doctor between the hours of 1.00pm - 6.30pm on the day we are closed, please ring 0161 763 4242 who will triage emergencies and respond as appropriate.
